legs

i was worried that white stripe might show up. i need to learn how to avoid that. i slightly cropped this picture because i thought the mannequin legs were too dead-center. whenever i crop an image and post it here, i get that white stripe showing what was cropped ...

how much art can you take?

april 2007. just starting with this camera (nikon d70). no idea how to use it. this is still one of my favorite shots i've ever taken. i think it needs some editing, some exposure help. i dragged in into photoshop elements but was not very successful with it. in fact i hit "reset" and didn't edit it at all.

 just a quick note. "lensbaby" is a line of camera lenses. these pictures were shot during the first day of learning how to use the lens. it has a purposeful and adjustable blur. it has little plates that you must insert into the lens for the f/stop. i need to keep using it, keep learning how to use it, its an interesting lens ...
